How To Print Files From Your Android Phone
#1
When you want to print files from your Android phone, use third-party software applications that are available on Android Market. Select an application that allows you to print various types of files, documents, photos, emails, and Web pages from an Android phone. Keep in mind, you may need to register an account with some vendors that provide mobile print services. And also charged a modest fee for using their printing services.

Instructions

Step 1:
Make certain that your printer is set up to print documents from your computer. Click the “Start” button on your desktop. Select “Devices and Printers” from the menu list. Look for the name of the printer(s) that you have connected to your computer under “Printers and Faxes.”

Step 2:
Select a mobile print application that will not charge you a fee for using their services. Breezyprint, PrintBot and PrinterShare are free software applications that you can use with your Android phone. Before you install the mobile print application on your phone, go to the vendor's mobile print website. Download and install the desktop version of the software application on your computer.

Step 3:
Follow the desktop application installation instructions. Look for mobile print service icon on your desktop. Double-click on it to launch the application. Automatically, the desktop version of the application will connect your computer to the vendor's server.

Step 4:
Register an account with the mobile print service. Create a user name and password. Enter any other personal information that is required in the appropriate field boxes. Press the “Create Account” button when you're done.

Step 5:
Wait for the desktop application finishes scanning your computer for the installed printer(s). Add the name of the printer(s) that you want to use to print documents from your Android phone. Press the “Save Changes” button.

Step 6:
Download and install the mobile print application that you want to use on your Android phone. Follow the installation instructions that's shown on the display screen. Click the “Menu” button and look for the mobile print application icon. Tap on it and log in to your user account.

Step 7:
Type the same user name and password that you used to create the account with the mobile print service. Add the name of the printer(s) that you want to use to print from your Android phone.

Step 8:
Select a print option, such as “Pictures”, “Contacts”, or “Web pages”. For instance, select an image from the photo gallery on your phone. Adjust the page margins and picture size. Click the “Print” button when you're done.
